Saturday - 4 rounds 400M/BW DeadLift/HSPU

15 x BW Deadlift (145#)
15 HSPU to Pad

As noted by Coach, My HSPU are better with the pad. I think it is a confidence issue. I should have used the pad on JT. Will try it again that way next time.
