Not listening to myself - CFT 435 (-5#)

CFT

Back Squat 170 (+15)- don't even ask about the 175# attempt
Shoulder Press 80 (same)
Deadlift 185 (-20)

see I miscounted the weight on a set that was supposed to be 185 - it was really 165. I added 20 to it thinking it would be 205 before I realized I miscounted.

Singled with 185 and was fubar for all other attempts to get anything else off the ground.

250 + 185 = 435 grrrrrrrr -5

This was a bad week to try it anyway. Shall reattempt in a couple of weeks.
