Results

Using the benchmark workout post I put together this table showing the differences in my times in the last 6 months.

At least two workouts were performed as RX'd (Barbara, Jackie) for the first time. Some I have not done recently (Cindy, Linda, Helen)

Some have fewer modifcations required and a similar time, and some have fewer modifications and faster times.

Continuing to try to improve:

Cycle time (Faster Reps)
Muscular endurance (longer sets)
Rest management (work through hypoxia!)
Explosive power (pushing/pulling explosively)
Running: efficiency of stride and sprint work

Diet - have not got back on the wagon since christmas. grrr. Summer picnic coming up!
