Warmed up with probably 20 attempts at a jumping muscle up with the rings just out of easy jumping range. Had some tips and assistance from Sifu Dan S. Added in a few sets of 2 false grip ring pull ups and some flat bar pull ups.

I got 7 rounds +150m with 35#
That was a metabolic nightmare.
