Ring Dips



is this Below parallel? Or just parallel?

Your wrists and triceps look parallel to me. Your forearms, of course, are perpendicular. But what's the point of going below parallel?

The full ROM is to get the shoulder below the elbow.

Not sure the mechanics of it other than going to below parallel is MUCH harder.
