Monday - CrossPit - 3 rounds in 10 minutes: Sprint 100/15 slamball/15 box jumps + grappling + Sparring Machine
Tuesday - 9 rounds in 20 minutes: 12 40# thrusters/10 pull ups
Wednesday - 7 rounds in 20 minutes (1 sprint/12 kb swings/10 pull ups)
Thursday - OFF
Friday - 7 rds (12/10) + 12 snatches + 7 pushups in 20 minutes
