Skill Work:
HSPU, forehead to tombstone pad for most reps until I started to get tired.
Ring Dips, negatives, stretch shoulders
Push ups, chest to ground, keep plank
Ring Pull ups, 1 set of five, 1 set of 3 chin to rings, kipping
