Monday: Kickboxing - All out. Nice Class Lucky Dawg! (rest day?)
Tuesday: Cindy - 10 rounds (box pushups)
Wednesday: Lynne 85#bp, 40# assisted pull ups
Thursday: BX killer 40 minutes of hell. 1 minute pr sprint!
Friday - REST!!!!!
